Merry People boots have been designed to be a lifestyle boot. While our enhanced traction soles have undergone testing, they have not been designed as a work safety or snow boot. Please note, this sole is not necessarily slip-resistant on surfaces with oil or the combination of water and oil.

Sizing:

We recommend the inner sole of the Bobbi boot to be around the same length as your foot. The neoprene lining around your foot will soften over time.

Bobbi boots run true to size. We suggest you go with your standard shoe size (don't order bigger for socks.) If you wear thick socks, then measure your foot wearing the thicker socks. Send us an email if you are unsure about sizing.

If you are half size then size down, the boots should be slightly snug to start as the natural rubber will soften with wear. The insole is removable which can add about half a size when removed, or you can add your own footbed or orthotic.

T&C's: should you wish to exchange of refund your order - we do not refund the cost of shipping and you are liable for the cost of return shipping. Its a bit cost to us small retailers and Boutiques and hope that you understand.

If you are unsure of sizing then feel free to call our store and we can find the perfect garment for you before it is shipped off to you. Online shopping is meant to be easy, but its also important to keep our carbon footprint low and take care of the beautiful environment that we live in. All our packaging is sustainable and can be used again for returns .

Delivery is available to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. Note that any free postage discounts that are offered from time to time (for orders over $175) are not available to International Shipments.
