Return/Refund Policy

We have chosen our suppliers very carefully, and hope that you enjoy your shopping experience at Stanley and Stone. 

On the rare instance that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please see our policies below.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • We will happily refund or exchange any damaged or faulty product. 
  • Please e-mail ainsley@stanleyandstone.com.au with a brief outline of the fault, the item code and any additional details.  
  • Once the refund is approved we will advise you by return email with your RTS number.
  • Any refunds will be credited against the original payment method once the damaged goods have been returned to our store.
  • Please allow 1-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. 
  • No refunds or exchanges on sale items (unless faulty), sales are final.

Exchanges:

We are happy to offer you an exchange for change of mind on Full price merchandise within 14 days. Postage handling charges apply.

To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.  Please do not send back goods that smell of perfume.

Refunds will only be offered on Faulty Stock once approved by the manufacturer.

Shipping of returns and exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
Stanley and Stone must be notified within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to exchange or refund.  


We can not accept liability for an item until it is received so we strongly recommend using tracking to ensure your parcel arrives at our office.

Refunds / Exchanges on Sale Items:

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on sale items.

Refunds for Change of Mind:

1.  Please understand that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Earings / face masks or Undergarments of any type due to hygiene reasons.

2.  A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs of restocking your item

3. Postage charges to be born by the buyer. 

4. Postage charges for all orders are to be born by the Buyer.
