Why we cant do Black Friday sales - a message from us.

As we head into Black Friday, we wanted to share something from the heart. Black Friday isn’t traditionally an Australian shopping moment — it’s something that’s grown quickly in recent years, and while it can be exciting, it can also be challenging for small family businesses like ours.

Stores like ours simply can’t compete with the huge markdowns offered by large retailers. Our products are sourced with care, our teams are small, and every purchase genuinely supports real people, real families, and real dreams.

So while you’ll see lots of big flashy sales this weekend, we just want to say thank you. Thank you for choosing to shop with heart. Thank you for valuing craftsmanship, community, connection, and quality over chaos.

We won’t be offering giant Black Friday discounts — but we will continue offering beautiful pieces, thoughtful service, and a shopping experience made with love, always.

The products that you see here are discounted because we are unable to sell them in our new store, due to excess stock, old season or brands that are already represented in our beautiful shopping strip. 

They are not available in store but you are welcome to purchase for Click & Collect or delivery. All Sale Items are final Sales and we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to the costs involved in doing so.

We are selling them below cost, so please do respect that we can't spend the time with you in store and offer you the same service as we would with our new season stock but we will do our best.
