Please note: the D-ring can slide off while the pet collar is unbuckled, so please take care as it could pose a choking hazard.
How to Use:
Our pet collars are not just beautifully-designed but they’re engineered to sit extra comfortably around your fur baby’s neck. Here’s how to properly put on the pet collar:
- Wrap the collar around your pet’s neck, as you normally would
- Pull the collar strap through the buckle and insert the pin into one of the holes
- Once the pin is secured, thread the excess strap through the buckle gap and pull it underneath, so that the strap sits between your pet’s neck and the pet collar
- Align the strap with the collar, and slip over the metal loop to secure
Attaching Pet Collar Add-ons:
- Unbuckle the Pet Collar and lay it flat
- Thread the Pet Collar strap through the silicone buckle located on the back of all frank green add-ons
- Slide your add-ons onto the collar to where you would like them to sit

ART PIECES - these require special transport. If you are unable to collect yourself then we can send you through a quote from our local carrier - he does a great job and the fee is reasonable. You can pay on delivery and know that your beautiful pieces arrive in one piece, and in a timely manner.
International Orders:
Delivery is available to New Zealand, United States and United Kingdom. Note that any free postage discounts that are offered from time to time (for orders over $175) are not available to International Shipments.
